Their father, Jean Marie, founded the estate in 1980 with a modest 16 hectares, mostly in the Giennois region. Terre de Silex wine bursts with bold and well-structured fruit flavors on the palate, alongside noticeable mineral notes and a harmonious body. It features hints of green pepper, grapefruit, and a distinctive stony quality.

Clos Pegase produces wines exclusively from vineyards they own, ensuring meticulous control over quality. Their Napa Valley Cabernet is made from high-quality grapes sourced from Block F15 of the Tenma vineyard near Mount St.
Helena. The vineyard’s rocky soil and old Cabernet vines yield limited but richly flavored fruit. After fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 18 months, resulting in a wine with aromas of cassis, blackberry, and black cherry, complemented by herbal, cigar box, and earthy notes.
