It is advisable to let it breathe for an hour. Corte Medicea, a Tuscan venture of La Bollina winery from Piedmont, produces high-quality wines with the guidance of expert oenologist Andrea Bernardini. The vineyards are situated on the picturesque hills of southern Tuscany, at an altitude of approximately 380/400 meters.

The vines benefit from excellent sun exposure, ensuring optimal grape ripening, while the clay and silty soils promote grape concentration. Aristeo, a Super Tuscan blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese, and Canaiolo in nearly equal parts, is meticulously crafted. The harmonious blend and French oak aging for a year result in a sophisticated, refined, and opulent wine with aging potential for decades, evolving over time.

In the glass, the wine displays a robust character and a rich, complex aroma profile featuring currants, cherries, berries, spices, chocolate, licorice, and subtle earthy notes. On the palate, it is dense, full-bodied, and velvety with supple tannins and well-balanced acidity. It is robust yet not overly extravagant, offering a lingering finish with chocolate undertones.

A perfect match for dishes like Florentine steak, Korean beef BBQ, or pulled pork.
